Processing Times
• All orders are processed within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Custom or personalized orders may require additional processing time, typically 7-14 business days, depending on the complexity of the design.
• You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
• Standard Shipping (Domestic): 3-7 business days
• Expedited Shipping (Domestic): 1-3 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
Order Tracking
• All shipments include a tracking number, which will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.
• Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to reflect in the system.
Shipping Restrictions
• We currently ONLY ship to Canada.
• Some products may have restrictions due to local laws or carrier limitations.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
• TeeAura is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or natural events.
